We are happy to replace the lcd if the screen is defective, couple of lcds can be exchanged right away, if its more than two then it will be ready for exchange by next day.

Any item no longer carried or sold by Excell Wireless is not eligible for a refund or store credit if the item being returned has been purchased greater than 30 days ago.

If you damage an item removing it from a customer’s phone, the item will be reviewed on a case by case basis. This includes frame damage on iPhone Compatible LCD assemblies.

All Cases and Accessories are not eligible for return.
